Coal Export Prices to Rise
Mar. 22 – The export prices for coal dust products shipped to Asian nations, except for South Korea and Japan, have been raised by 22 percent, according to Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Corporation.
The difference between domestic and for-export prices of Hon Gai/Cam Pha coal increased from 8.6 to 20.5 percent, respectively.
Mao Khe’s for-export coal prices surged 22 percent, from US$54 to $66 per ton of coal dust No 11C.
Coal dust No 12A’s freight on-board price at Cam Pha Port is up US$50 per ton from US$48.
